When I first arrived, there was only one salesperson on the lot, and he was helping two other customers. I looked around for about 4 minutes, and as I walked toward the dealership, Kevin Breslin greeted me and escorted me on to the lot to see what would fit my needs. He was very professional and authentically friendly. He was dressed very neatly and presented the vehicle with enthusiasm, and then introduced me to Larry Lucero, the Sales Manager, prior to the test drive. Larry assured me that he would do whatever he could to assist me today. He was charming and extremely professional. Kevin drove first, when he took me out for a test drive, while providing me with extremely detailed information on the vehicle and how it could fit my needs. I honestly felt this was a wonderful vehicle and a great price. If I was in the market for a car, this would be high on my list. Kevin's presentation was excellent and the paperwork went smoothly and efficiently when we returned to the showroom. I received a copy of the numbers they provided, and I said I would check with my significant other and get back to them. They offered to have me take the vehicle home that night. There was no pressure from either Kevin or Larry, just a sincere willingness to be available by phone and at the dealership the next day. They requested I give them a call and come by again! I can honestly state, "This is the best sales team I've evaluated to date!"

I finally made to 40, for a while there I didn't think I was going to - but by the Grace of God, I did. So my biggest birthday goft from my honey bunny is a trip to Tuscany. He said I certainly deserve it.
We leave for Italy on Mother's Day, and will be waway for two weeks. After taht I was thinking about driving out to the Springs again being that I know Hyundai is offering $3,000 cash back on Sonata, and $2,000 on Azera. I don't want to pay iot all in cash, but I can secure a loan with cash. I'm in a better financial situation right now.
I'm really more interested in the Azera that time, but it'll all depends on the price too.

Last week, I was having service on my
On Wednesday morning, even though it was Duwoyn's day off, I was able to call him and have him meet me at the dealership to start the sales process. I presented a coupon from the internet to seek $250 and he was able to get the price lowered by that much which helped a lot as well. We got the paperwork started and put down the deposit and asked if they could start the make-ready and we would be back on Saturday with our daughter to complete the sale.
On Saturday, we arrived and were warmly greeted by Duwoyn and other staff. We sealed the deal and walked out to get into the car. We noticed that the tank was FULL! In this day of high fuel prices and this being a used car, we were completely taken aback by the thoughtfulness of Phil Long Hyundai and staff that we would find this nice surprise.
We all have nothing but good to say about your dealership from sales to service. Everyone has been very professional and treated us very well. I have always hated the thought of visiting a car dealership a car dealer with all the pressure and sales tolls that have been used in the past. We went inside and Manny took a minute to sit with us and get an idea of what we were looking for. We were there to test the new Vera Cruz. Manny made sure we had something hot to drink and went and got the vehicle and warmed it up for us. We had two small children with us so Manny helped me transfer their carseats.
After the test drive Manny led us to a warm bay where we could get out of the cold and look at all the features.
Manny was great. Although we ended up choosing another vehicle this time the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle we will keep Manny and Phil Long Hyundai in mind first.
