I looked around for about 4 minutes, and as I walked toward the dealership, Kevin Breslin greeted me and escorted me on to the lot to see what would fit my needs. He was very professional and authentically friendly. He was dressed very neatly and presented the vehicle with enthusiasm, and then introduced me to Larry Lucero, the Sales Manager, prior to the test drive. Larry assured me that he would do whatever he could to assist me today. He was charming and extremely professional. Kevin drove first, when he took me out for a test drive, while providing me with extremely detailed information on the vehicle and how it could fit my needs. I honestly felt this was a wonderful vehicle and a great price. If I was in the market for a car, this would be high on my list. Kevin's presentation was excellent and the paperwork went smoothly and efficiently when we returned to the showroom. I received a copy of the numbers they provided, and I said I would check with my significant other and get back to them. They offered to have me take the vehicle home that night. We leave for Italy on Mother's Day, and will be waway for two weeks.  After taht I was thinking about driving out to the Springs again being that I know Hyundai is offering $3,000 cash back on Sonata, and $2,000 on Azera.  I don't want to pay iot all in cash, but I can secure a loan with cash.  I'm in a better financial situation right now.

I'm really more interested in the Azera that time, but it'll all depends on the price too.

I want to express my thanks to your professionals at Phil Long Hyundai.  I have had nothing but great things to say about your entire team at this dealership since my first contact.  My husband and I had purchased two Hyundai's from another local dealership in May of last year and had been very unhappy with the service department and management.  So I came to your service department to see if they could help me.  At first I was told that since the South store had ordered the specific part, they would have to install it.  But after seeing my frustration, Robert and Chuck immediately stated that they could look at my vehicle and see what it needed and order the part.  They immediately pulled my Santa Fe into the garage and determined the problem and looked up the part to find there was one in the warehouse and they could make an appointment to have it replaced the next day!  Boy was I impressed.  (this was after waiting over 6 weeks for the part from the other dealer and still didn't have resolution even after a visit with management).

Since then, your service department has done all the service on not only my 2007 Santa Fe, but my husband's 2005 Elantra.  We have both been very pleased with all the personnel and service involved.

Last week, I was having service on my Santa Fe and just happened to ask Robert if he knew if the sales department had any "good buys" on a used vehicle since our daughter was in need of a vehicle.  He said the sales people had gotten some vehicles in, so go over and see what they had.  I wandered around the lot for a few minutes and spotted a couple of used vehicles that might fit the need if they were the right price.  Duwoyn Snipes came out and greeted me and asked what he could help me with at this time.   I told him of the situation and desperation for a good, used vehicle at a good, low price.  He went inside to talk to Shawn who told him of 3 choices that could fit the needs.  We went back inside and asked him what would be the best price for this 2004 Hyundai Accent.  He talked with Shawn and they gave me a price.  I told them I had to go home and talk it over with my husband and daughter.  Later that evening my husband and I came back over to test-drive.  We were pretty sure we wanted the vehicle, but we had to make sure our daughter could obtain financing and could afford the payments.

On Wednesday morning, even though it was Duwoyn's day off, I was able to call him and have him meet me at the dealership to start the sales process.  I presented a coupon from the internet to seek $250 and he was able to get the price lowered by that much which helped a lot as well.  We got the paperwork started and put down the deposit and asked if they could start the make-ready and we would be back on Saturday with our daughter to complete the sale.

On Saturday,  we arrived and were warmly greeted by Duwoyn and other staff.  We sealed the deal and walked out to get into the car.  We noticed that the tank was FULL!  In this day of high fuel prices and this being a used car, we were completely taken aback by the thoughtfulness of Phil Long Hyundai and staff that we would find this nice surprise. 

We all have nothing but good to say about your dealership from sales to service.  Everyone has been very professional and treated us very well.  I have always hated the thought of visiting a car dealership a car dealer with all the pressure and sales tolls that have been used in the past.  But your people have made it a pleasure to visit, whether for service or purchasing a vehicle.  Thank you to all Phil Long Hyundai Chapel Hills staff for the most pleasant of experiences.  We will continue to recommend and send people your way for future sales or service.
